U4X is a quartet comprised of 4 seasoned barbershoppers that got together to learn fun and exciting music as well as entertain and educate fellow singers from all around the world! Combined, they have a total of over 145 years of barbershop experience, 11 crowns, and dozens of chorus medals - gold, silver & bronze! There are 3 judges, 1 music educator, 2 front line directors, 3 section leaders, and a partridge in a pear tree! Hahaha! U4X is made up of 3 ladies from Illinois and 1 from NY. This makes rehearsals ...interesting... but they manage to get together about once every 2 or 3 months for "marathon" rehearsal weekends! U4X was blessed to win the International title (thanks, perhaps to those seasoned veterans in the singing department) their first time out in Appleton, WI in November of 2008!
